1. Parties & scope
These terms govern use of the companyprofiledesign.co.in platform, including agency white-label subdomains, client portals, and staff tools. By submitting a questionnaire, payment, or lead form, you agree to the workflow, pricing mechanics, and communication cadence described below.
2. Pricing, GST, and dynamic controls
Published rates originate from Super Admin or Agency Admin configuration. Advance and Standard per-page tracks both attract 18% GST unless exempt certificates are validated. CDR add-ons and revision surcharges bill according to the active agency price card at checkout time.
3. Seven-day active collaboration window
Each project targets completion within seven calendar days of the agreed start milestone (typically questionnaire approval). Clients must respond to information requests, approvals, or payment prompts within that window. Lack of response for seven consecutive days may mark the project as stale.
4. Stale projects & restart policy
Stale projects pause work and may be treated as a new engagement requiring fresh scoping and payment. Automated reminders via Interakt escalate gently before the stale state triggers. Clients may petition support for compassionate extensions with documented cause.
5. Revisions
Three revision cycles are included in the base fee covering both content and design feedback tracked inside the portal. The fourth and subsequent revisions require advance payment of the dynamically quoted fee before work resumes.
6. Deliverables & licensing
Upon final payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered PDF (and optional CDR) for business purposes. Raw working files may remain property of the agency unless explicitly purchased. Watermarked previews are not licensed for external distribution.
7. File retention & deletion
Final high-resolution files auto-delete fifteen days after the admin marks a project “Fully Complete,” while metadata, invoices, and compliance logs persist. Clients must download archives before deletion.
8. AI-generated content disclaimer
AI assists drafting; humans remain accountable for factual accuracy. Clients must validate metrics, legal claims, and regulated statements prior to publication.
9. Governing law
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India unless another venue is contractually agreed in a custom MSA.
