1. Eligible refunds
Full or partial refunds may apply when we cannot assign a producer within the promised window, duplicate charges occur on Razorpay, or a documented platform outage blocks delivery for more than 72 hours without workaround.
2. Non-refundable phases
Once AI generation or design labor begins post “Work Started” status, fees convert to earned value. Clients may pause but not automatically refund if deliverables are in progress unless a statutory exception applies.
3. Revision fee refunds
If a paid revision request is cancelled before staff invests time, the agency may credit the amount toward future services minus payment gateway charges.
4. GST treatment
Approved refunds include reversal of GST components according to invoice rules; updated credit notes will be issued digitally.
5. Dispute path
Email billing@funkydevelopers.com with invoice IDs. Escalations receive a written decision within five business days. Agencies may embed their own dispute contacts for white-label clients.
